Please read these terms and safety notices carefully. By using our website, ordering sensory kits, or attending Happy Hands classes and events, you agree to these guidelines.
⚠️ Important Sensory Play Safety Notice
Happy Hands Sensory kits, bins, filler items, and mixes contain small parts, textured materials, and loose play pieces. They are designed for educational, tactile play and are not recommended for children under 3 years of age due to potential choking hazards. Continuous, direct adult supervision is required at all times during play. Products are non-toxic but not intended for ingestion.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Happy Hands Sensory (“we,” “our,” or “us”), located at happyhandssensory.com, as well as purchases, event registrations, and class bookings. By accessing our site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable United States federal and state laws.
2. Handmade Sensory Products & Allergies
Our sensory mixes and bins are handcrafted with care in small batches. Because items are handmade, colors, textures, and exact component mixes may vary slightly from photographs. Please check individual product descriptions for ingredient details. If your child has known allergies (such as food dye sensitivities or wheat/gluten concerns), please contact us through our online contact form prior to purchasing.
3. Classes, Experiences & Event Bookings
When booking a Happy Hands class, workshop, private group experience, or birthday party pop-up, you agree that a supervising parent or designated guardian must remain on-site or in active supervision as required by the host facility. Rescheduling or cancellation requests must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
4. Orders, Payments & Square Processing
Product transactions, digital checkout, customer payment information, and shipping fulfillment are securely powered by Square. We do not store or process payment card details directly on our servers. All transactions are subject to Square’s security and processing terms.

6. Intellectual Property
All branding, original character mascot illustrations, logo artwork, site photography, copy, and kit concepts are the proprietary property of Happy Hands Sensory. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Happy Hands Sensory, its founders, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of products, lack of adult supervision, or unauthorized site access.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
